Decree 1 Passed Unanimously

Today, after much debate the Parliament passed its first Decree, Decree 1, ending a 2 year ban on Military budget raise by the local tribal council. "We are happy" said the prime minister outside his house of Federal Road "And we will continue to fight for the rights of the citizens of this nation to get the right Military, that will serve and protect all of us" He added.
The Military's Budget Increased by 12%, to a high of 17%, each of the armed forces branch will recieve and equal devision, and the Navy will get a 3% jump per year after that. The Air force will get 4% jump and the Army will get the least jump, a 2% jump per year after the Initial Budgetery Division. "We are happy and the Military deserves this" said Chief General Yusuf Abdullahi of Kismayø.
The Decree's 100% Passage, with ever Mp voting for the Decree came in as Suprise. "I was not expecting this" said a Political analyst for SNN ( Šomaliø News Network ) This will properly be the first and last time we will have a 100% passage of the resolution, as we go on, the harder the situation. Not everyone agrees with how healthcare, Social Projects, Protection of languages of Šomaliø should be adressed. "Everyone has his own idea and this will be reflected as we go on" said another analyst of SNN.
