EDIT: And to ratify a claim, I believe you need to RP on these boards, in varying degrees of detail. Check out what I did with Sancatto Serra organising state visits for an example of a short RP.

One either posts a factbook telling us all about your nation (such as this) or does it via the medium of RPs. 'Ratification' takes as long as it takes for CH to notice it and update the map. |
