OOC: I've cleaned it up a little, fixing the links to FLMS, etc, while removing all the superfluous links... you only really need to link to [[Sarzonia]] or [[Chacor]] the first time the nation is mentioned, rather than every time.

I am pleased to inform you that the Parliament has agreed to send troops into the disputed area to remove all Chacorans by force. We hope that any Chacoran detainees held by Sarzonia and Ryloss can be released unharmed. However, should they report any abuse, action will be taken. Let's hope that that will not be neccessary, and things will solve themselves. The troops will be deployed sometime next week, in order for anyone who wants to get out to do so - they will be arrested at the border; we must ask that any other military units, either Sarzonian or Rylossian, cease, or minimize, its activity in the area.

We have received your offer of forcible removal of Chacoran citizens currently residing in the disputed territories and are willing to accept provided that you allow the Sarzonian military to provide oversight. Due to the close relationship that exists between Sarzonia and Ryloss, I must also ask that Rylossian military officials are allowed to oversee the operation in conjunction with their Sarzonian counterparts.

Once the citizens have been removed from the territories, I will ask that Ryloss allow the Chacorans in their custody to travel without delay back to their homes in Chacoran territory.

We thank you for offering to take this step to ensure the peaceful conclusion of this unfortunate dispute between our two great countries.

I am glad to hear that you are willing to take us up on our offer. However, we must object to Ryloss being involved in the military removal. I hope you understand that while Chacor is intent on peace, it is not willing to work with nations holding Chacorans captive.

I am afraid that Ryloss canot be part of this operation, or we will have to think of a way to remove these people without intervention of any kind from Ryloss. I reiterate that we, too, want peace, but it will not happen where Ryloss is involved. I hope that you are able to work a ompromise involving Ryloss; perhaps if we receive our PoWs first, we would be willing to work with them.

I look forward to an agreement on this matter.

Subject: Responce to your latest communication

I must inform you that having Rylossian military officials along to observe the removal of Chacoran citizens is not a matter up for negotiation. Asking us to exclude Rylossian military officials would be like our asking you to only send eastern Chacorans at the exclusion of western Chacorans.

Unless you ascede to our wishes to have Rylossian military officials observe the removal of Chacoran citizens, we will undertake the forcible removal ourselves. If that is the case, we can not guarantee the safe passage across Sarzonia into Chacor.

I have directed the First Incorporated Army under Lieutenant General Ryan Kennedy to assemble near the border of the disputed territories. You have 96 hours to comply fully with our demands. If you do not comply within that time period, we will take matters into our own hands. By the time we are done, you will lose a lot more than the territory you poached.

Warmest Greetings as ever,
I understand from Mr. Syuka that you intend for Rylossan troops to jointly-oversee the removal of Chacorans. We would be willing to work a deal au contraire to what Mr. Syuka told Mr. Newman earlier.

Rylossan troops will be allowed to stay in the area to oversee the removal only if Sarzonia will confirm that Ryloss has turned over all Chacoran PoWs safely into Sarzonian hands, and that they are unharmed.

Should this compromise be unsuitable, we certainly cannot think of anything better - we are not willing to work with Ryloss while our citizens are in their hands.
