With the absence of TLC (who has said on IRC he won't be back, at least as TLC), a situation I liken to the USSR dropping off the map right after WWII, I'd like to reclaim The Legal Republic (and possibly England) as the resurrected nation of Legalese (effectively a puppet of Scathland).

I am in the process of writing a joint RP to cover this, as well as my Scathland claim, and will post the first part by this Monday.

Do you mean 12? Because I'm currently claiming 22 (the southern portion is already claimed by Milchama).

This may be a very odd request to make a land claim, but could I possibly claim just a fringe of southern 12 ranging from The Lowland Clans all the way up to WAP? I am considering a nation similar to Chile where my border is long and thin with a long coastline. I plan on making a topic on the forum describing my nation and hope to work on a road map of Unknown Suburbia if I can get this "fringe" of 12.
