Richard Menszae listened as the exchange between the Krytenians and the rest of the SDL. Listened as Andrew answered their questions he'd been instructed only to act as the host not to make comments or ask questions or even to vote in admitting Krytenia into the SDL just to make sure everyones concerns and questions get raised and everyone has the full chance to get as much information before deciding. Unless there was any questions to him, Richard was just to sit back and watch.
