OOC: This is only meant to be humourous and may or may not be the actually account of Bazalonia's flag

IC:

Bazalonia's first Flag, also known as the "Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders" flag, though no one really knows why, was not actually the first decision the government made (which was to give themselves a pay rise), In fact it was not even the second desicion made (which was to give their secretaries a pay raise), in fact it was not a decision at all made by the Bazalonian government, the white piece of cloth that was going to be the Bazalonian's first flag was mistaken by some messy eaters, for a table cloth. There where two of these messy eaters, one was having some sausage sandwhichs (with onions and tomato sauce aka Ketchup), the other was trying to drink some black broth (no one ever knew what was in that broth and no one dared to ask). So half of the table cloth was stranglely evenly splatted with Tomato sauce and the same with the other half.. but it was black. In the middle was a bottle of yellow mustard, the sausage sandwhich eater (the one with onions and tomato sauce) reached for the mustard. "Oh no you don't!" said the black broth drinker (the one nobody knows what's in it). The Sausage sandwhich eater jerk forwarded in an attempt to beat the black broth drinker to the Mustard, but only succeed in knocking the OPEN bottle over, all they could do was watch, and then theit guilty concious caught them and folded it in a manner that the red ketchup was on the red ketchup, the black broth was on the black broth and the yellow mustard was on the yellow mustard.... they put it back exactly where they found it. The next day when they ran it up the flag pole, the contents on the flag where not fully dry, easy enough to open, but not dripping wet either. The flag went up the poll and that became Bazalonia's first flag

Bazalonia's Second flag: The first flag was not popular, not popular at all, in fact the government ran a competition to get the next flag. The wining flag was known as the 'Aussie' flag as the flag's Designer was a young girl named Aus Tralia. The flag was designed from inspiration that Aus Tralia recieved as she looked up at night and saw the stars... but instead of copying down real constellations, Aus made one up, she called it 'the kite', the kite was made up of 4 medium sized stars in a diamond, with one smaller star representing the place where the string was tied to. the string was represented by another star, a larger one. This larger one was under what Aus called "Jack's Union", a design by Jack Tralia, Aus' older brother. Despite having no indications of the national colours (Black, White and Yellow) or the Bazalope, her design won. Most people think that she won it only because of the age factor and these people complained about the nation being too obssesed with the "Young un's". Though this was ignored by most people

Bazalonia's Third Flag: This flag is our current flag and was designed after the Aussie flag design was scrapped. No one is quite sure why but speculation is that it caused many people to want to go and fly a kite. They usually sang the following song "Let's go fly a kite, up where the sky is bright. Let's go fly a kite and send it soaring....". Th e flag was designed by a politician and therefore consisted of the three national colours (Black, White and Yellow - in that order) and a stylised Bazalope in the centre white stripe. Quite an un-imaginative design compared to the other two but none the less, at least our flag is now respectible. This has been a History Channel - Bazalonia special

OOC: I'm the only one can get away with that because I am an Aussie myself... btw... Thanks Kry for all your help
and Starblaydia too
