Official Language: Originally was PsiProne, but was banned in favor of the new two official languages of English and Pig Latin.
The Supreme Evil Empire of Ainorpisp has a short and tumultuous history, rooting from international conflicts. Originally, it was part of the corrupt and psychotic nation known as PsiPronia. PsiPronia was a belligerent pest to anyone they did not approve of, who was everyone besides themselves. This lead to war over the occupancy of a former nation mainly between PsiPronia (the Great Satan, as we refer to it now) and the Free Republic of Lamoni. What began as a spat between PsiPronia and the occupying nation - not the Holy Empire of Jom, but the Dictatorship of Doitsu - turned into the bloodiest conflict in B5Tech history.
PsiPronian leadership claimed to be guided by the Golden Path, but never explained what really happened. Those who believed in the Golden Path were persecuted by the stormtroops of the former leadership, to the Point of No Return. Finally, with the invasion and victory by the Free Republic of Lamoni, we were finally able to get our voices heard. Out of the ashes of former PsiPronian terrirory rose a new and superior nation.
After restoring the traditional name of our country - Ainorpisp (the Great Satan reversed the spelling to flaunt their oppression of us), a new leadership was established. A Holy Emperor was installed to return our people to the True Golden Path, and Corona - the drink of the PsiPronian leadership - was banned from our territory. Since then, the Supreme Evil Empire saw the old regions of B5Tech dying and discovered the Atlantian Oceania region after running Intelligence checks on our liberators, the Free Republic of Lamoni.
Make no mistake, we aren't actually 'Evil', that's just to make us look cool. Slowly, we're adjusting to a society that is more free than it was under PsiPronia, yet still following our traditional guiding light of the True Golden Path. |

Election Process/Government Type: The High Council of the Golden Path convenes every five years to determine whether or not the current Honored Leader is doing what is best for the Ainorpispian people. If so, they cast their votes to give the Honored Leader five more years in office. If they find the Honored Leader has not been acting in the people's best interest, they vote first to remove him or her from office, then to install a new leader for the nation. The High Council itself comprises of six members elected by the people to ensure that the government treats its citizens well and never causes distress or damage to the nation or people. Overseeing the Council is the High Priestess of the Golden Path, the nation's foremost religious leader. She and the Honored Leader are the true lawmakers of the nation, though the High Council is almost always (in 85% of cases) consulted for their insight on issues of naitonal interest.
News Update: The former Honored Leader, referring to himself as the Holy Emperor, was recently removed by the High Council for neglecting the children of Ainorpisp. He was replaced by the youngest Honored Leader in the history of Ainorpisp (merely 20 years of age, but selected by the High Council and Priestess), who has been working hard night and day to reverse the course the 'Holy Emperor' had sent us upon. All vestiges of his corrupt rule are being replaced, in the hopes that our new Honored Leader will guide us to prosperity and equality for all of the people of the Sacred Land of Ainorpisp. |
