| The Stralphian government, on behalf of Prime Minister Teno Aleros, wishes for the annexation of two small islands near Stralphi. The transition of the indiginous people to Stralphians will be smooth, as their tribal councils will rule until the election of a new council for each island, interpretors and teachers will be installed in both islands, and they will be given representatives to the Stralphian Senate. Well, it started when some Stralphian vacationers(in both islands) said of tribal unrest. Also, there is evidence of mineral deposits on the islands. Our goal will be to stop the unrest and to mine with minimal tribal disruption. |

Please note that although the people are not primitive, deaths of their major leaders is the main cause for their tribal unrest, and they are not as governmentally sophisticated as the mainland of Stralphi. Environmental precautions will be taken such that the animals and people will not be disturbed. |

We plan to send interpretors, teachers, miners, and diplomats to both islands at the same time. They are small enough, and the Stralphian Peace Corps big enough, that this is possible. If this is not an adequate response, we will annex these islands seperately. |

Well, although my nation is small, it does have a dedicated population which would gladly help by providing interpretors, teachers, and diplomats. The only problem would be mining, but once that gets started, I'd have more resources... |

First we offer a few general statements: The advancement of individuals of all nations is held in high regard of Her Holiness Iretta Jinx as it is with many other honorable nations. The Nemyan government ascertains that the Stralphian government's intentions to be good. The Nemyan government finds that Tropics of Vilita may be justified in their concerns on the ability of the Stralphi to annex both islands. As a result the Nemyan governmental Chairman on Foreign Affairs offers the following: Nemya would like to submit aide to the Annexation Effort. We will provide monetary support as well as general craftsman and what little mining equipment we have. In return, Nemya asks to send a small team of scientists to each island to better understand the environmental stability of the areas. A copy of all findings will be submitted to the appropriate authorities. We are interested in any comments from outside sources. We await approval or rejection from the Stralphi. |

| I have no objections to the annexation, however, I think it would be easier on the country if a larger country offered some sort of investment. |

Well, the first thing that will happen is that the flag will be flown. Not a big deal. Next, we'll send teachers and interpretors to the islands to set up schools and the such... Miners will start to come over, careful not to displace any native tribes. |
