IC: After transmitting the Latin message to Starblaydia (everyone knew that Starblaydia would likely intercept the message, but precepts had to be observed), President Stone looked over at his Foreign Minister.
"There is no way that Starblaydia is going to pay Latao!! Is the NEC on crack again???" Stone asked.
Thinking his reply over for a second, the Foreign Minister finally said, "We've never really regarded Latao as 'rational.' That makes it harder to determine what they are going to do next. However, they really do seem to think that they can get Starblaydia to pay them for invading Latao. I agree, there is no possible way that Starblaydia is going to pay them. It's extortion." |
