Parliamentary Election System: Each of the five provinces votes in seven different representatives over the course of three years. They all serve three year terms before their re-election campaign. The thirty-five members of the Thatian Parliament then vote for a Chancellor to oversee the legislature.
Presidential Election System: The President of Thatius is elected once every two years, and given a two year term before re-election, where he/she may serve another two years if the incumbent is successful in getting re-elected. The election of the president of Thatius is determined by popular vote of the country.

Famous athletes include Novak Dlouhy and Vittoria Panaro, two very skilled tennis players, both of whom have been ranked in the top three of the International Tennis Association. Winter sports are becoming very popular in Thatius, especially after Thatius' first visit to the Winter Olympics.
