Government Type: Standardized Democracy

(Standardized Democracy Definition: Standardized Democracy takes place when provinces elect officials to represent them in the Capital. The Capital then makes standards for the rest of the nation to follow. The state itself then makes decisions by either representative democracy, or direct voting. As long as the provinces are operating within National Standards, they can create their own laws.)

(Presidential Election Style: In the presidential election, each COUNTY receives a number of "Points" based on the population of their county. Whoever receives the most votes in that county earns that county's points. Also, whoever wins most of the counties in a province receives a bonus of 20 points. Those 20 points are referred to as "Power Points")

Education in Vettrera is arguably the most important measure here. There are 5 levels of Education followed by what we call "Multiversity" Homeschooling is allowed but makes up a slim 7% of all education followed by Public schools owning 72% and Private schools with 21%. Children begin school at the age of 2. They are grouped by grade-levels similar to an American System. But the buildings they are divided in vary by different standards. Preliminary: Ages 2-6 (Grades Day-Care:1st) Primary: Ages 7-10 (Grades 2nd-4th) Secondary: Ages 11-13 (or 14) (Grades 5th-8th) Tertiary: Ages 14 (or 15)-17 (Grades 9th-12th) & Seminary (A 2 year course similar to Junior College). This will prepare people for optional "Multiversity". Seminary schools are large academies, each county has one.)

Preliminary school is not required but it does give your child an extra boost. In Primary school children will have learned about other past religions and ethnic groups. Thus all children at ages 7-10 will learn about Greek Mythology and Christianity. English is our mainly spoken language, followed by French and Portuguese. By the age of 13 (mid secondary) children would have mastered another dialect or language besides English. and in Tertiary it's full on education in all areas of expertise. At the age of 16 children will be all taken on a "Multiverse Tour" where they all go and see Multiverses (colleges) so that they have a good idea on where the future will take them.

Testing Begins in your final year of Primary School where you must take your Territory approved test. From then on there you will be required to take yearly tests to determine whether you will move on to the next grade or be sent to a class called "Rotunda" where you will catch up and then be sent back to traditional classes. There are different types of exams students in last year of Primary-Tertiary will take.

Every year from your ending year at primary until you reach Tertiary you will be required to take your DAE (District Approved Exam) Depending on which territory you take residence in (LaFayette, Braylon , Huddleston, Cape Marshal, Hectate, Demeter, Aeolus, Khione, Polluxia, Castor,Bellmont,Vicette). Failure will result in you spending every break day in "Rotunda Class" until you catch up. In your years at Tertiary school in your last two years you will take the VTC's (Vettrera Tertiary Completion) exams. which will determine whether you complete Tertiary school and what classes you will be given at "Seminary", if you chose to go.

School Days on average last 7 hours. And All students are required a lunch. There are 200 days of school (staring Jan.1st) Education is taken very seriously and shows that you must reap your own reward in life.

*Seminary must be taken to attend most Multiversities
