| Here is my proposal for the 6th AO Champions League: Each nation may submit a maximum of 2 entries. Every nation in AO is eligible, puppet or not puppet. Entry #1: Your Nations Champion, or, its highest placed team in the domestic league it competes in Entry #2: Your Nations Cup Champion, or winner of a purpose-specific qualification tournament The competition will have a 32 team group stage (Assuming at least 16 entries). If less entries, the group stage will drop to 24 teams. If more than 32 teams are entered, Cup Champion entries, then, Champion entries by rank, will begin to populate a qualifying round to determine the final entries into the group stage. I believe this makes it more of a true champions league, while adding the Cup Champions allows more involvement and flexibility with the format to accommodate a non-traditional number of signups. P.S. consider this a signup thread, if you support the proposal for this AOCL. It would be targeted to run sometime between upcoming UICA Cycles, so should be representative of your champions being submitted for the upcoming UICA cycle. |

| Would it be possible to submit AOCL as a multi-national league in UICA? I feel like it's more realistic for my nation to participate in an AOCL that can possibly send them to UICA, than to send teams directly to UICA. |

| The current UICA Deadline is Sunday so everyone should have teams then. Every nation could then submit their one entry and we could have a single knockout tourney. |

| Alright, with Vil's permission I'll be doing this. I'll get to TGing people shortly. Also, consider the following rules when you submit clubs. -Only 1 per nation. -Must be your champion. -1 puppet allowed. Guess that's all. |

| Thanks to Farf for hosting AOCL VI. This AOCL was run more like the UICA where everyone submitted there entries through their domestic league posts and then the tournament was scorinated, without RP breaks, after the domestic deadline. Is this a format and function folks would like to see repeated in the future? I would propose that if the competition becomes recurring, it remain a strict one-per-nation entry, with the possible expansion being only to the defending champions (which I'm happy to forgo being the now-incumbent champion) |

Just to clarify, it was possible to RP in the AO thread, though I didn't make it explicit and apologize for that. I doubt there would've been much, if any, RP turn-out anyways. In my case, I'd say it would be better if it was 2 per nation instead, purely because reaching more than 32 would be nice. Also, I'd be up for hosting this in the future if nobody else comes forward, but do consider other candidates that offer themselves for a hypothetic AOCL VII. |
