Still, newbies over older nations; just like Starblaydia said.

So... by that logic, if someone asked to go in your spot, you'd give way to them as they're a new nation?

Give land to new nations over expanding old ones, I say. If the old nations took all the map space, where would new nations go? A newbie continent? Silly idea.

That's not too far-fetched.

Most people here think they understand sports, right?!

I'm not a huge hockey fan, but I do know that in the 1960s, the NHL added 6 expansion teams, which doubled the size of the league. All the expansion teams were placed in their own division. Found an article that mentions it that that doesn't involve that crummy "encyclopedia:"

Wikipedia is about as accurate as any other encyclopedia for any non-controversial topic.

So unless the fact of NHL expansion is controversial then there is no reason not to trust them.

In my humble opinion, Falcania and Spartuh, either one have to back off
or
both must have some kind of discussion or peace conference
or
let em nuke each other! tongue.gif

okey I'm kidding about the 3rd choice! biggrin.gif

They aren't going to sit down and TALK about it. Falcon will just try to bull his way through to the island, and Spartuh won't back down from their ownership of Diamindokere.

The bulling my way through to the island is finished. Now I'm on the island, and have a thriving population there.

That is in dispute, Falcon.

In that case, I claim you have no right to the territory you currently have. It is now under dispute, and we must call a council to decide who it rightfully belongs to. rolleyes.gif

If we don't have a council, then why is it listed under 'guidelines for expansion?'
(Besides, I still think that, based on the situation, that none of the dispute claims are valid for the various reasons I've already stated.)
