The Protectorate of Starblaydia would like to host the 4th AOCAF, as the general opinion in Starblaydia is that 4 is the national 'lucky number'.

Starblaydia has the stadia, the political will, the resources, and is a nation of good standing in the international Sporting Community.

We, the Starblaydi Football Association, formally submit a hosting bid for the 4th Atlantian Oceania Cup of Association Football.

After the success of the Ainorpisp Invitational Tournament, the Sacred Land of Ainorpisp would like to officially announce its own bid to host the Fourth Atlantian Oceania Cup of Association Football.

Our bid includes many venues used in both the AIT and the new Ainorpispian Football League. We are determined that if selected to host this great event, Ainorpisp will provide an efficient, energetic, and exciting atmosphere for the fourth AOCAF.

We hope that the Ainorpispian bid will be taken seriously into consideration.

Ainorpisp wishes to rescind its bid to host AOCAF IV, fearing the decision-making in choosing a host nation will turn into a popularity contest.

Post deleted due to there been a cock-up somewhere along the line. This would have been the Druidish bid (though you've all seen it before), but as I'm struggling to keep my eyes open (and feeling a little sick, also), I think we'd better leave it until later.

Full Hosting Bid Proposal
       -by-
    Starblaydia
     -for the-
     4th AOCAF

After co-hosting the two most successful Baptism of Fire Cups in history (in terms of quality and participation), the Starblaydi Football Association believes it can make a success of the Regional Blue-Ribbon Sporting event, the Atlantian Oceania Cup of Association Football.

Depending on sign-ups, the schedule will look something like one of these:

12 teams (lowest probable)
4 groups of 3, top 2 go through to Quarter-Finals

16 teams (most likely we think)
4 Groups of 4
Teams play each other once
Top 2 go through to Quarter-Finals

20 teams (highest Probable)
4 groups of 6
Teams play each other once.
Top 4 in each group advance to 2nd Round knockout stages.

The four Groups shall use the following stadia, more to be added if Scenario 3 is needed
Stadium Name, City, Capacity - Team

Group A - Northern
Iota "Big Eye" Arena, Penningworth, 85,000 - Penningworth Utd
Obsidian Palace, Bisarley, 35,000 - Phraen Palace

Group B - Western
Silverlands, Corinth, 52,000 - Corinthian Spirits
Victory Park, Vecchio, 48,000 - Vecchio Victors

Group C - Eastern
Foundation Road, Jhanna, 75,000 - Iskara Daii
Jhanna City Rec. Ground, Jhanna, 51,000 - Jhanna City

Group D - Southern
Hallad City Stadium, Hallad, 49,000 - Hallad Reavers
Bekkside Stadium, Tabeck, 33,000 - Tabeck FC

Final Match:
Jader Barbalho Stadium, Jhanna, 94,000 - Jhanna United

Other Knock-out stadia will be confirmed if the bid is successful, certainly to be drawn from those above.

After the FANCD decided that they Starblaydi bid was what they were quoted as calling "A damn good one," they have decided to not bother with their own bid and support the bid of their Bekkside neighbours.

Just out of interest, when exactly will signups be started?
