Ah yes, so it was. However, the nation who requested has now joined The League.
As for dividing #4 up, I wouldn't really mind. A good halfway point would be where the Hypocrian border juts up a bit towards the Falcanian border. |

Hey can I request a map plot? The only problem is that I already have a map (W-A map); plus I am hoping I can find a place that's landlocked. Could I just get like a tiny chunk in the middle of either 8, 10, or 18? I don't need the whole thing, Western Afghanistan is really small.
