OCC: I state that u can’t perform that action without also killing and wounding some of the Lamonian representatives, especially since one can’t aim well with automatic weapons. And to ensure that you do not screw up my plans this time with questionable god-modding methods, the Latin strike against Starblaydia has already begun.
After this barbaric act of terrible violence, the killing and wounding of more than 20 diplomats from Latao and Lamoni, the bloody terrorist dictator has shown his real face behind his mask to the entire international community.
The world is shocked and despises Gay-Lord Tiberius’ regime of killers and murders.
Immaterially after these terrible news have become public, (conventional) missiles, sub-marines and air craft have prepared and launched for a strike against the Starblaydi sea fleet that threatened Latao for months to fully destroy it.
We urge the nations of Atlantian Oceania and the world to clearly distances themselves from that barbaric terrorist regime of Tiberius Starblayde.
Starblayde, have your last gay parties and prepare for the downfall. This time, you won’t get out of it.
Thanks to the incredible and unbelievable stupidity of that murder-dictator, Latao’s nuclear arsenal stays were it is and it will stay ready – the happenings have confirmed our position, that we must protect Latao and the Atlantian Oceania against this insane regime of killers and murders.
Intensive talks with our friends in the Free Republic have begun to join our act of freedom and peace against the Protectorate of Starblaydia. Latao is willing to transfer full control over its troops and nuclear arms to the Free Republic in case of their support of our liberation act.

Dalutha is too close our border with them. Send them to back up the Starblaydi Navy. Any push the Starblaydis make, we push right behind them."
"Yes sir. But we don't take any aggressive actions ourselves?"
"No. The Starblaydis know what they are doing. When they beat down on Latao, we beat down just as hard. When they land on Latin soil, so will our troops."

Self-explaining that the Lamonian hosts have met lots of security actions that of course can’t work if one’s abusing trust in the worst way possible.
Protection troops of Lamonian civil and military police that have closed roads and checked cars entering and leaving the entire area where the international delegation met, which also includes the building and its floors itself, especially the doors of the rooms where the international representatives where “talking” have of course heard the noise of the automatic rifles.
(OCC: Now don’t say there’s UZIs or other automatic pistols with silencers, that’s bull-explicitive removed-)
The security staff immediately entered the room and closed the entire building, where the Starblaydi “diplomats” were forced to throw their arms away and got arrested.
The security staff of course quickly reported this heavy incident to their government (of Lamoni) which then broadcasted the news to the world and course to Latao.

OOC: Those are actions for Lamoni to decide, not Latao. They're his troops and security men and such so they are for him to control, not you. All your men who know about the shooting are either dead or wounded on the floor of that room.
And, for your information, the weapons were un-silenced UZIs. |

I go along with Peter Fischer leaving the room to have a private phone call with his boss. But then the fault is at your side; you can't have killed every single of my men, when Fischer was outside having a phone call.
And there's the yet unknown (but logical) fact that all Latins carry a cel phone in their jackets. So it's highly impossible that their either all killed, or the ones that are wounded have a damaged cel phone.
Like I said, I don't think u ever fired with an UZI or another automatic rifle or similar size - you really can't aim with these arms. Their idea is just to fire around you like an insane to stop a bunch of attackers - which means, it is highly possible that your bullets have also hit Lamonian men and therefore it's also very possible that u have killed some and wounded others of them. |

Notice that my chief-delegate addressed "Mister Fischer" before the shooting started - I assumed Fischer would have come back in to make sure the delegation followed the orders of 'not agreeing to anything'.
As for the shooting, we have six men with Uzis shooting at twenty un-armed men in a room. Those six are my Special Forces (which I forgot to mention) so they'd know what to do with an Uzi when they pick one up. I'm not in the habit of sending Diplomats to shoot people, so they'd be more-accurate than your average man-with-a-gun.
So one of the Latin Delegation at the back who doesn't get shot at the start is quick-minded enough to pull out his cell phone and dial home, that's fine. Just RP it for crying out loud!
Write an action-story rather than just leaping forward in time to a government statement. We're missing out on all the exciting bits!

It's your own story that's redicolous. Just the though of attending international diplomatic calls in a third-party-host nation with "specialists" armed with UZIs and kill an entire official delegation is just redicolous man.
As you are the one loving RL-rules so much, u should not that it's totally impossible doing something like that. The host would prove extensive security personnel. Just remember the Iraq conferences or the talks on Afghanistan.
Every dopes would know's there's metal detectors for *anyone* entering the building and the entire area where the diplomats reside and talk.
If you really want to follow that crazy path, it will only show that you're a crazy dicatorship that even abuses official international documents such as diplomatic passports to cover professiona killers in a diplomatic site. Redicolous Man! |

Latao, the Uzis were in suitcases that were proclaimed as 'diplomatic pouches.' That means that the security people couldn't search them, and the weapons would thus have easily made it past the security. Besides which, I only RPed one guy in the room. I can easily RP that he was hit. So far, I really don't see anything to contradict what Starblaydia is saying. Oh, and don't control my troops or security people. |
