First and foremost, allow me to welcome Delesa with open arms to Atlantian Oceania on behalf of the people and government of the United Isles of Myrtannia. We are always pleased to welcome new nations who wish to establish diplomatic ties with other members of the Family of Nations. Diplomacy leads to peace, which is precious in these trying times.

To this end, the United Isles of Myrtannia would like to request a place on Embassy Avenue in downtwon St. Mhyre. Ideally, this would be placed across the street from the Khazaronian and Lamonian embassies. I would also like to propose Robert Jett as Myrtannia's Ambassador to Delesa. Mr. Jett is an expreienced statesman (as well as fomer B-movie actor) who last served as Vice President of Myrtannia under former President Holton. He has requested a foreign posting, and we feel this will be ideal for him.

We also offer Delesa a modern embassy in our national capital of Halosen, with facilities prepared in kind for the Delesan ambassador. Such an ambassador would also recieve a military escort to the proposed embassy if requested.

Welcome to Atlantian Oceania! It is wonderful to see another new face in our region, and we are honored to extend the hand of diplomacy to your nation. An exchange of embassies would be quite suitable to the Federation of Yihsrael.

I personally invite a Delesan delegation to establish an embassy in Yerusalayim, where several other nations have already done so as well. In addition, your ambassador and any interested staff members are hereby invited to attend the ceremony of the Rededication of the Great Temple just outside Yerusalayim. This event has been postponed, but will take place soon, once security arrangements are in place.

Yihsrael's ambassador to Delesa will be Professor Richard Wentz, noted scholar of social sciences and theology. He holds a Master's Degree from the University of Halosen-Turku in Myrtannia, and should be suitable to serve in a diplomatic capacity. In addition, I would like to request that the Yihsraeli embassy be located next to that of Khazaron on Embassy Avenue in St. Mhyre. I eagerly await your reply.

The Commonwealth thanks you many times for welcomeing us to this grand region of AO. As you probaly already Delesa has already to begin international affairs durring this time of unsettle in this great region.

Robert Jett will treated with utmost respect and your wishes for the loction of your new embassy in Delesa. He hopes that he visits the many things Delesa has to offer, and rest assured that he will not be abused by any man women or child, just because our two nations stand on opposite sides of the alliances.

And as a return gesture of good will, we would liek to send David Elyot, who as graduated from the University of St.Myhre as the student at the top of the class in Political Science, and International Relations. We would be a great delegate to your nation.

Professor Richard Wentz will for sure be welcomed in to the humble nation of Delesa, as we will be awaiting his arrival at the St. Myhre International Airport. His quarters and Embassy will be ready on his arrive. And as a return gesture we would like to offer Curtis Rocher as a delegate to Yihsrael.

As for the Rededication of the Great Temple, Prime Minister Lester Geddie is interested and would like to learn more about what and when it is. And is most likely to attend personal, as well as the Delesaian King, King Edward III.
