I will also await the appointed ambassador from your nation to mine and will make arrangements for adequate facilities to be made available. I am assuming one of our luxurious castles would serve the purpose quite well. Others have found them more than satisfactory.

Allow me to return in kind your wishes of friendship and peace between our nations. We gladly accept an exchange of embassies, and eagerly await Lady Ashlie Weiszbrod’s arrival in Three Rivers. Although we cannot offer anything as luxurious as a castle, she should find the embassy space comfortable enough.
We have selected Veronica Jonsson to serve as our Ambassador to the Sylvanaes Kingdom. However, we are not sure that we can accept a castle for use as an embassy, as it might be too difficult to refit such a structure to meet our sustainability standards for buildings. Stone walls do not provide the best insulation, and we are wary of the amount of water and energy that would be needed to operate out of such a structure. A more modest structure would probably be more likely to meet our specifications.
It is my fondest hope that this issue can be worked out. If you have any questions on this matter, don’t hesitate to contact me, or any member of the Environmental Ministry.

Although a victory in the final would have been nice, every member of our Baptism of Fire team has nothing but happy memories of the time they spent in Andossa Se Mitrin Vega. The fact that you witnessed first-hand the oft-drunk, oft-streaking, always-friendly Aurendian fans yet still consider them dignified shows that our nations will likely get along very well. We have selected Louis Mielsan to serve as our ambassador.
On a personal note, President Monoa and I will also be attending the upcoming friendly match between our nations, and we wish for you to watch with us. Additionally, if your schedule permits, we will be available to serve as your personal tour-guides, if you wish to learn more of our culture.

I am sure that Lady Weiszbrod will find the accomodations of your embassy more than satisfactory. All is well on that front.
As to your objections over the castle we wish to supply to you as an embassy, we do hope you reconsider - there are no proper modern buildings in WhiteHall to serve in such a capacity. In fact the only modern building is really Elanesse Tulcokelume, home of the Mystical Unicorns and I doubt they will be willing to share.
But I do wish you to know that all expenses of your embassy here will be covered by the Royal Treasury, just as are the other embassies. And as to whether they will sufficiently meet your needs, simply ask Lamoni, Khazaron, Bazalonia, or Myrtannia what it is like to take up semi-permanent residence in such a place. They seem to enjoy it quite nicely.
This is the proposed embassy for Aurendia just to the east of the city walls of WhiteHall.
Everything will be ready for the arrival of Veronica Jonsson. She will be made to feel at home. If you persist in declining the use of the facility, we will undertake the quest to find one more appropriate for you - but that could take some time.
