| Today in Orichalc city a crowd of over 400 gay rights activists swarmed Mr. James Edinborough the ambassador from Soul Expression. They literally threw themselves at him and began to, as words best describe it, violate him in the various orifices of his body. His bodyguards were attacked in the same manner. Unfortunately the act happened so quickly that Federal Sardaukar could not break it up in time. It is believed the activists behaved in such a manner after the Imperator decided it would best be up to the people to pick Supreme Court justices, and after which the decision took away power from the corporations in Novus Atlantica, crippling the economy. :Praetor Alonius Patricus |

| Soul Expression would inquire as to what Novus Atlanticus has and/or will do about this untimely misfortunate incident. Our reports on the incident indicate that NA was well aware of this demonstration and that adequate security was not provided for the ambassador's security. That Sardaukar troops were on hand and were bested, makes the matter more confusing. Sardaukar are supposedly elite troops that should't be so easily overcome. Is such negligeance an indication that our presence is not desired in your nation? |

| The most obvious course of action would be to ban gay rights demonstrations. Or to ban homosexuals in general. However, this might be detrimental to the health of the nation, and other such acts may occur. The uprising must be quelled, before their vengeance reaches up into the ranks of the elite society. They are literally foaming at the mouth at the chance to sink their teeth into that tier of the population... (Satire of a response above, but on a serious note, what would SE expect to be minimal retribution for such a heinous act. This was obviously an outcry to the NA government, and the situation should be examined more closely.) |

| The initial questions to this issue were to determine responsibility for the event. If NA is proven to have been responsable, even by mere negligenmce, only then would retributions be considered. |

| My government is outraged that your government is thinking about banning homosexuals. This is as absurd as banning someone for being black, and is completly unacceptable. We require assurance from you that this line of thinking will not be followed threw to a conclusion. |

| It is an unfortunate event, yes, however no request for additional security was made by the Soul Expression government, it was up to your four bodyguards and two Sardaukar two defend the Ambassador against 400 enraged citizens... without killing them. :Praetor Alonius Patricus |

| I belive the news may be distored slightly. It is doubtful that gay protestors would all condone, let along take part in such activity. Unless of ocurse there i ssuch civil uprest in your country that the minority group themselfs are at risk and due to extream supressing in socioty some have alot of pent up range perhaps. And is there a reason why the S-E embassy was attacked? Is S-E against gay rights? |

| Banning homosexuals would of course be our right as a nation. Your opinion on the subject would definately have no affect on our decision to do so. Beyond that, Xile supports homosexual marriage and had done so for a long while. |

| Popular sovereignty would have to rule in this situation. If you dont like gay marriage, or gays, ban them. I have also allowed homesexual union in my nation, but I cannot say that I myself agree to the act. In other words, if you have a problem with a country banning something...they can just say, "try and stop me". |

Unfortunately an extremely large crowd of gay activists surrounded the ambassador and proceeded to gang-bang him. Federal Sardaukar who were at a higher alert after the attack on the Soul Expression ambassador did not step in to intervene. | Soul Expression beleives that additional NA security around the embassy, as well as protecting the ambassador when he travels to meet with your diplomats. Reluctance to cooperate in this matter would be viewed by the peoples of Soul Expression as intentional negligence and would result in the withdrawing of our ambassador. |
