Description: For years now the oil industries have been continuously destroying pristine natural habitats and destroying years of history that can never be regenerated or renewed.
The Queendom of Lady Schneider wish that the drilling for and refining of oil can only proceed in areas where it is currently taking place.
-A- Oil drilling must confine itself to areas only where it is in existence currently.
-B- In order to contine drilling environmentall research must be done to prove that no disasterous environmental effects can take place.
-C- A majority of the local law makers must approve the drilling companies practices and methods in the area in question.
-D- All drilling companies must research alternatives to oil and gasoline consumption in retail, manufacturing, and vehicular consummption of this disasterous product.
The enforcement of this resolution must include governmental regulations as to how much the price per barrel of oil can rise to or fall below.
