A Regional Snow Angel Competition? Are you mad? Obviously

4 competitors per nation allowed, each competitor Will start with 1.5 points to distribute
along the following 4 skills. (.1 intervals only)

Head:
Wings:
Legs:
Creativity:

It will scored using the Snow Angel Scorinator, the system I used during the Winter Olympics

Each Round will consist of Three snow angel creations, overall score will allow the top competitors to move on to the next round.

There is a Max of 16 competitors for each heat, multiple heats will be used as required.

There will be an RP Bonus. If no preference is shown to a particular skill all the RP Bonus will be split evenly between the skills.
