VOIA Intelligence officials have been busy deciphering any hidden qualities of the following transmission received late last afternoon. All nations are encouraged to discuss the prospects of these oddly named nation and their desires to settle with us.

QUOTE

Dear Government of Vilita.

His Most August Majesty John II, king of The United Kingdom of Rhiam, Aldam and Rhoss extends his warmest and most enthusiastic greetings to his fellow ruler(s), and hereby sends a somewhat belated and delayed notice of our nation's optimistic resettlement into the region of Atlantian Oceania.

This is to confirm that we have entered the region with intent to participate in a positive manner and wish no harm upon any of our new brother nations.

We hereby solemny confirm that our nation places itself answerable to the Government of the Tropics of Vilita in issues pertaining to the region of Atlantian Oceania, our nation's place in the region and any and all issues pertaining to diplomatic relations with extra-regional nations and other regions, when such relations are carried out on behalf of the entire region.

We further pledge that we have entered into this region with no intent to cause harm or disturbance of the peace, and that we have only the best of our brother nations at heart.
We reserve the right to carry out our own international diplomatic relations with any and all nations at our sole discretion, both within and without this region, unless any specific such relation is forbidden by a council of our peer nations with a two-thirds majority, and also the right ot withdraw from the region at any time for any reason at our sole discretion without incurring repercussions or unfair sanctions from the member states of this region.

Cockbill Street's Foreign Ministry (we do have one, even though it's located somewhere in the cellars in the Department of Sport) wishes to extend their cordial greetings to the King of Rhiam, Aldam and Rhoss, and hopes that the nation is willing to extend into profitable trade deals.

On behalf of His Majesty King Alfons I of Spruitland and his loyal subjects, the Ministry of External Affairs declares to have no objections to welcoming King Rhiam, King Aldam and King Rhoss to the flourishing region of Atlantian Oceania.
We would also like to express our admiration - though our concern as well - for a nation that manages to avoid falling into disarray while being ruled by three Kings. What a frightening concept.

LBC News Nightly

Welcome to LBC News Nightly. We have some breaking news tonight: The Lamonian Foreign Ministry has sent a note to the Vilitan Foreign Ministry in response to the earlier Vilitan note which contained a transmission from an unknown nation.

We have managed to obtain a portion of the Lamonian reply:

CODE
Okay, what this comes down to is two choices:

1. Take him(?) at face value

2. Watch him carefully, and boot him if he does something we don't like

We won't speak for the other AO nations, but I would suspect that they are going to say the same thing I am: Do option 2.

We'll will bring you more on this situation as we get it.
