Also working on it NS wiki...
here
The OOC History:
One of my friends (we called ourselves the Group of Five because there was at one time five of us - actually, one of my friends was a long time addict to NS, but he's been pried from NS, but he introduced me to NS about a year ago - anyway, we all RPed stuff on our own forum, while we mutually agreed not to do anything with what the others had to do in II, to avoid any sort of mischief. We all went our separate ways after the summer, and he basically told me recently that he can't do NS anymore, and has confided in me Tempalhiyon - don't ask me what it means, but I'll say that we was rather crazy and delved often into FT - which screwed with the rest of us MT folk.
So anyways, I've got Tempalhiyon, and I saw a link to go to Atlantian Oceania, and I'd figure to give it a try. After finding the region, I've gotten so many ideas on what I can do with this country, and this is only one of those many ideas that have materialized - the principal reason I'm choosing this one is because it's the easiest one to do. And so...
The IC History (to be RPed at a convenient time, when I can figure out what sort of geography is available):
After many years of civil anarchy, a group of people approached the Imperial Office and asked politely for aid. Considering that the people were poor, the Office at first refused, but upon their offer for dependency to the Imperial Crown, the Office was intrigued by the offer. Over the next few months, the two sides mutually agreed to establish a Han colony that would fall under the sovereign responsibility of the Emperor of the Han Empire. Under the deal, the colony would serve as a dependency until a time was determined by the Empire and the Colony mutually that independence could be assured.
The only existing government is a loose confederation of tribes, each hosting its own capital town. The present technology is backwards by about 50 years at least, if not more - in the countryside, technology is nearly non-existent. Nearly everything that makes the new state is expected to be built on site, literally and figuratively. But not without a cost.
