Not much discussion going on, then.

I, for one, would like to see an AO Games, but it'll take a hell of a dedicated host nation, probably a pair of nations.

o_0 This seems like a lot of effort to score smile.gif

I'd love to participate but I have a few questions:

a.) is there enough interest in AO that there will be quite a few RPers other than myself?

b.) If Lymantatia is hosting, is he prepared to take this on by himself with so many events?

Could you shorten the list by cutting out a lot of unneeded events? May I suggest: equestrian, shooting, synchronized swimming, and wrestling? Others could be removed too. I would definitely like to participate in a multi-sport event, but it seems that this many sports will take hours upon hours to scorinate (just ask the past Olympics hosts, like Krytenia or Liventia.)

Yea, I'd be happy to participate in a smaller program. I really have doubts whether the current program is manageable smile.gif

Amigo, this is too big for even a heavyweight veteran host to handle. You should cut it down a bit.

I agree with the people above. You could also cut any fringe sport like rythmic gymnastics, trampoline, golf,

My suggestion would be to stick to the team sports plus track and field, swimming, beach volleyball, and more popular things like gymnastics and boxing.

Frankly, I'd also consider cutting soccer. We already have a regional association football tournament, and it seems a little repetitive to include one in the regional games.
