The Nation of Krajkovia
Krajka
The central and most important region of the Imperial Tzardom. Krajka, like all the other regions of the nation, was once a kingdom in its own right. It grew strong under the reign of Grand Duke Nickolas III, who left a wealthy, strong and powerful kingdom to his ambitious son Alexei VII. Alexei’s reign was one of almost constant warfare and conquest as his armies struck out at each neighbouring fiefdom in turn. And each in turn was beaten or bribed into submission until Alexei proclaimed himself first Tzar of the new nation he had forged in the fires of battle, Krajkovia was born.

Today Krajka is home to the Tzardom’s capital city of Tzaragrad and as such is centre of the nation’s government. It is home to the headquarters of all Krajkovia’s major corporations and as a result is by far the richest of the nation’s regions. Something which creates much tension to this day.

Berezina
The second largest region of the Imperial Tzardom is also its most difficult. Ever since its brutal conquest by Krajka all those hundreds of years ago there has been simmering resentment between the two regions. Bezigrad, the capital, was the scene of one of the most horrific acts of the Unification Wars when the victorious Krajkan army finally broke into the city, after a siege that lasted nearly three years, and massacred the inhabitants. Today Berezina, thanks to its large fertile plains, provides the nation with a sizable portion of its food resources. But the threat of uprising’s are constant and running firefights between government troops and separatist rebels are becoming increasingly common.

Vastrakhan
A sparsely inhabited and mountainous region known for its inhospitable climate. The mountains of the region are rich in mineral wealth and the land is blotted with furnaces, foundries and mines, making that much more inhospitable. New found sources of Uranium have been of much interest to the nation’s military leadership.

Norskya
A cold mixture of wide open plains and dark imposing forests. The northern region was the last to fall to the Krajkan armies and even now its soldiers are considered the finest in the nation. Norskya is the centre of the nation’s large fishing industry and also produces possibly the finest beluga caviar in the entire region.

Seranaya
The coastal region has grown increasingly rich from offshore oil platforms and has ploughed much of that income back into making its capitol, Michara, the nation’s largest and greatest port. As such Seranaya has become the overseas gateway to the Tzardom.
