The Ceylo-Schorean Head of State is the reigning monarch of the United Kingdom and serves as the "Serene Chancellor" until their death or until their decision to retire. The Head of State appoints the Head of Government with the approval of the Council of the Royalty.

The Council of the Royalty is made up of all senior members of the Royal Family and nine Dukes/Duchesses of the Provinces, including the Head of State and 12 elected representatives.

The Government is separated into three branches: the Executive Branch, which consists of the Head of State, High Senator, Cheif-of-the-Cabinet, and the Prime Minister; the Judicial Branch, consisting of the Supreme Court and the Court of the Royals; and the Legislative Branch, comprising of the Parliament.

Parliament is separated into two houses. The House of Lords has 26 seats, while the House of Commons has 98 seats. Members of the House of Commons are democratically elected by the citizens (21 and older) of Ceylon and Schorian.
