How the founders of miceland became sentient was lost in the mists of time but it seems there had been sentient ancestors of these mice have been involved in some way with the important parts of history throughout Atlantian Oceania but the numbers of sentient mice have been spread out throughout AO and in no numbers to be noticable by any of the larger sentient species but have been attacked by the various cat species that live in AO.
Eventually the groups of mice yearned to become one again and very queitly through the godsend of international trade managed to not only locate a very suitable un-inhabited spot of land. International trade also allowed the mice to start mass transport to Miceland.
This was when Miceland was first noticed by the international community of AO, however the language/size barrier was one that could not be easily overcome and so the mice isolated themselves from the international community with a weapon that causes things to explode from the inside out.
After a long running research project entitled "Bigulation Project", it was found after a number of failed tries that with the reduction of power and a number of other configuration changes that what was previously a weapon was now the Bigulator.
However without a de-bigulator then there was no point in having a Bigulator.. after a long time and a number of accidental deaths of mice then finally there was a de-bigulator and so the size is no longer a block to international but language is still a problem.
At least the Mice of miceland had taught themselves to writing so they can communicate via written letters, however the language of squeeking was still a barrier but the International Liason office is on call for translating squeek into official written comunications.
The first proper interaction that Miceland has with the world is the World Cup, more specifically the baptism of fire and how the governments policies in isolationism or internationality will be determined from there. |
