Well, I've been told I should come in here and request a homeland to make things official. So here goes.

I was thinking maybe the area of 14, next to Nova Roma, if that seems ok with everyone. I'll posts some stuff about my nation's history, or if you would prefer I could just post a link to that news report I had in my first post. Either way, just let me know. Also, thanks to everyone for welcoming me to the region.

Hi all. Time for me to get a bit of AO real estate.

First of all, a bit of information about your friendly neighbourhood BofF Cup winners... I'm currently working on my Wiki, so there a bit of info on that. Hopefully I can expand on that on here as time goes on (maybe after the World Cup finishes).

As for which plotof land I fancy... well I don't fancy anything TOO big - we're only a small-ish country. Land borders with some friendly neighbours would help, and seeing as Bettia was a landlocked mountainous country before we decided to move to the seaside, I think an area like #20 will suit us down to the ground.

Just one thing though - where's the border between 20 and 21?

That gets determined by the magic map maker when he re-draws the map based and highly prejudice from the amount and quality of your RP contributions to the region since signing up

Say, Vilita, any chance you could get a hi-res map of the Bedistan area to me? My national map needs an update. Then again, on second thought, it can wait until you've placed Bettia on the map. More new neighbors for more World Cup rivalries.

The Free Republic requests the strip of unclaimed land to our north since we have been militarily occupying it since the failed Novvs Atlantian invasion.

Sorry to rain on your parade but that land is not 'unclaimed'. Nojika has claimed it and is currently in the process in gaining legal rights to the land.

Not to mention, Nojika paid for the land.

I don't suppose I could lay claim to plot no. 14 for my country, Lesser Ribena?

I realise that I need to make a country factfile post, but can't get access to the National Information Board. Is it locked or do I need some sort of access clearance?
