| It has been since last October since any mention of this tournament has been made. And that is understandable with the relentless cycle of the World Cup, AOCAF, and squeezing everything else from basketball to American Football, to Hockey and baseball in as well. Yet now with the World Cup not due to start for another probable three weeks at the earliest and the AOCAF nearly completed with the knockout stages, it is the perfect time to open signups and get this thing going. Add to the timimg factor that by the time signups close the IBC will likely be done and the WBC is likely to be beyond the group stage. The time is now for the AOHC. | I do not have a scorinated league, what with me being inexperienced and all... is this an issue like it'd be with the AOCAF? If not, then count Lahoa in. Being a northern nation, we're used to the ice. |

You don't need a scorinated league for either this or the AOCAF; I think it's the AOCL you're thinking of. This is a tournament for national sides, rather than clubs. |
