Okay, this is basically what?s happening.
The rules as they are will become guidelines and the map will become entirely RP. When you expand or whatnot you have to back it up with some good RP. If you go mad and start taking loads of places and you?re the size of the San Marino then you can be given a yellow card by the council, it can be issued by minimum of two council members. If you receive a yellow card it is recommended that you stay within the guidelines but they are just guidelines. If the majority of the council agrees you are given a red card, you may be kicked off the map or something, exactly what will be decided by the council but hopefully that won?t have to be decided.

As many of my people have been colonizing island 9 in the Northeast Sector, they have petitioned to be be considered a part of the Xilian central country. We have deemed this a necessary step to the unification of all Xilians, and seek only the approval of our neighbors to make this official. |

Would like to make known that Babylonia is the capitol of Xile, and it's governmental center is located in the center of Xile's mainland territory. The city is sprawls over most of the mainland portion of the nation, while agriculture tends to be located more on it's recently acquired island. |

Our nation has set up a Naval Base on the island 24 off the coast of Abattoir. Being the island was uninhabited, and the only population is of Abattoirian origin, it has been proposed that the island should be annexed. The island is currently home to nearly one million naval officers and their crew, and comprises a decent amount of the population of Abattoir. Pending the approval of the region, our nation has temporarily named the area a protectorite, and has rights over the land at this point. |
