| Vilita explained this all to me earlier but I've blinked and forgotten most of it already. I was hoping to acquire part of the lower island near Nemya in order to put my puppet Dekale there. I only need enough for 678 million people or so. So do I get this approved and then RP? a ) If Expansion is un-oppossed, an approved RP will be required detailing the discovery, acquisition and future usage of the new lands; Before the land will be granted. I must see if it is oppossed or not first....yes? no? Cookie? Do you need the details or do I put that in the Rp.....? Can I offer anyone a cookie? -n |
