The Myrtannia Association of Football Clubs' special AO U-21 tournament council held a secret, 'behind closed doors', meeting to determine the official group draws for the first AO U21 Football Cup. Using a highly scientific method (namely strips of paper with each participant's name on them and a hat), they produced the following groups:

Group B matches will be held at the Vanhaanen Sporting Complex in Vanhaanen, Ebhoy Province.
Group C matches will be held at Al-Zataar Olympic Field in Salahadin City, Ramalah Province.
Group D matches will be held at Halosen National Stadium in Halosen, Turku Province.
