To the Leader(s) of The Holy Saints,
I am writing to you this brief telegram to make sure we are clear on the situation that has transpired in the two islands the aftermath of it. Now that the islands have officially been recognized as THS territory by the other AO nations, Temple Island and East Island no longer mean anything to Nedalia except as the site for that historic first international battle we had.
We must, however, be firm and clear on this subject. The two islands, as you are aware, are strategically located at the beginning of the channel that seperates us, giving you a very advantagous location. We hope you do not use this against anyone. We would like to remind you that the islands' northern coasts border Nedalian international waters, and we hope that you do not do anything to jeopardize the fragile cease-fire we have agreed upon. We will not accept any reports of annoyance, hassle, or even blockading of any ships heading towards to our nation, be it Nedalian ships or another country's ships, coming from your part. We take this issue very seriously and we expect you to do the same.
