Xile has ordered all citizens of it's outside island to retreat back unto the mainland and give up all holdings in the area. They are being compensated monetarily, but the island has been abandoned by Xile and becomes unclaimed territory once again. |

To all here, I want to mak eit clear that the rule sposted up for vote I am against because they do not ensure the safe running of this map, they will hamper legitimate expansion and will in the long run aid expansion of nations beyond their capacity. These rules wree not discussed with I or the council and that vite by passes the political system put in palce to deal wish such a vote ot get an accurate result, avoiding laggers.
Those rules will not be imposed upon this map nor any other I do not feel will work after running this thing from day on e as my first act to this region. As author I will seek a set of rules taht will actualy help this map and pursue them, if this option stopped by implementation of those rules this map will cease. |

This will be prevented as any Nation can oppose a members proposed expansion, so if, for example, tachbe is against, tachbe can oppose, and the council can decide whether or not the Nation will be allowed to expand or not.

So your saying that the nation that stands here and promotes democracy is preparing to ignore a vote of ALL members of the region and take the stance of a dictator in this situation in order to make sure things are run exactly how YOU want them to be? Please explain this.

--firstly not all promote demcoracy. Second not all are here, hence th eneed for a counci. Third, as I created it it is technicly a personal matter, apersonall peice of art say. I don't belive a vote can force me to change a picture if I fear it will harm it. And non eof us can talk of dictators as again the WE took over the council, for a very good reason, like I am doing now. |

I know thats why i Said "proposed" , the old one dissolved and the new one is proposed, The proposed council has a charter, AO Does not, but the council acts under AO so the Charter for the Proposed Council would be the highest ranking charter in the region. |
