The CEF Found a large deposit of uranium in two areas and a underground pool of oil between the to locations of uranium. The CEF did encounter a few animals, most happily being a new breed of ewok's that they did not know of, one of which was captured and brought back so that it could be studied and then released.

When informed of the information that was recieved, the Department of Economy jumped right onto a proposition to request expansion for the fact that Fmjphoenix's largest economic factor is its uranium miners. As Fmjphoenix continutes to mine uranium at a high rate, it may not be long until they run out and Fmjphoenix looses a very important aspect of its economy. Also the oil pool would help increase our supply and lower tax on that natural resource.

President Howard Duck would like to request permission to add this part of land into the nation of Fmjphoenix. If allowed, they would make use of the new land like this:
CODE

1. The uranim mines to continue to keep a steady supply available and also make its resources more available to the rest of the nations within the Atlantian Oceania.
2. The oil that would be drilled would be used to increase the supply of Fmjphoenix reserves and then the rest would be shipped out to Vilita for distribution between the other nations of the Atlantian Oceania.
3. To create a new Air Force Base to increase the nations Air Force defense for protection of the nation and to be able used for the defense of any other nation should it be requested.

This is our proposal to the nations of the Atlantian Oceania. We leave the decisions to your hands.

Yes it is good, Can you talk about plans for existing tribal residents of the lands you wish to inabit and also whether they support the expansion?[/

In the matter of existing tribal residents, we have spoken with a collective leadership and made some deals. At first, they were very reluctent to allow us in and seemed as if they would raise arms against us if we tried to move it. But during our first conference with them, we informed them we would not fight them for the land we wish to get. We offered each of the clans that came forth full citizenship into Fmjphoenix and residency within the new cities that we were going to build, plus jobs and homes to make up for it. We also said we will leave a substantial area near the northern coast as a protected area where those who do not wish to join the nation may stay and live in their own ways.

We gave these offers to the tribal leaders and they seemed generally suprised that we did not wish to fight them at all. They almost seemed like they wanted to fight for the land, but their hostility towards us disipated before we left for the day. Two days after we gave them our offer, they accepted and said that 90% of their people would help build and live in the cities that would be built. The leader said that the others who wished to stay decided to migrate more to the east, not taking the offer to live in an unaltered and protected area in the northern region of the area.

The Departments of Development and Economy are wondering if the regional leader has came to a decision reguarding its wish to expand its borders a little more, and also wonder if there are any objections by anyone at this time.
