Katsuragi=(500,000 people) built in the Fjorun valley and nestles in between the harbour and the densley wooded hillsides Buildings are in the Swiss and Maori style the only high rise buildings are in the Te-nao district where the office and Government Buildings are located even so they rise little more than 30 metres above the ground (the tallest building is on the outskirts and is a Mem. tower) katsuragi has many open spaces and most of the population in the city live in detached houses (with the swiss and Maori style though)
Restraunts=4,900 cafes=190 (the night life is thriving) bars=800 take aways=450 Pubs=15 nightclubs=500 - Shops=12,000 malls=4 shopping arcades=5 (for being quite isolated it has a large commercial centre) Markets=3 - Theatres=5 Cinemas=15 museums=6 libraries=5 Art galleries=9 landmarks and attractions=35 parks=110 - Hospitals=7 schools=45 universities=3 colleges=4
For a population of 500,000 Katsuragi has become a great place!!^^ and the fact that there are only 5 towns and 16 villages within a 200 mile radius shows that it has done very well
History Built around 500 years ago The town originally started off as 5 fishing villages but when it started to grow it attracted many trading merchants and due to it being built around a harbour it served the city well it then became a trade/fort town to protect it from sea invaders then it grew from 100,000 to 400,000 in just 50 years then when the great war came and the city was bombed & 150,000 people perished in just 5 days then the city was rebuilt like it had been 8 years before
ill write about Kaolla Su City & Ayanami City
later (or sooner even)

AYANAMI (population 1.5 million) Built on a thin strip of badly needed flat land Ayanami is the Economic powerhouse of the Nation (and it shows) it is very varied physically and in feeling it has towering skyscrapers and drowning in Neon while just a whisk away are the grand Georgian style and Oriental style buildings the city was forced to build up the hillsides (which are unbelievably steep) there are 2 sides of the city The very New and the Very old it is basically a mixture of Tokyo,Osaka,Hong Kong,Singapore,St Ives,Bath,Bristol,Wellington,Manila & Minas Tirith well u get the idea
Restraunts=45,000 cafes=15900 (the night life is thriving) bars=1800 take aways=1450 Pubs=1509 nightclubs=50069 - Shops=329,000 malls=45 shopping arcades=105 (for being quite isolated it has a large commercial centre) Markets=130 - Theatres=75 Cinemas=515 museums=86 libraries=675 Art galleries=459 landmarks and attractions=2935 parks=150 - Hospitals=179 schools=458 universities=5 colleges=7
History Like Katsuragi it grew up to be a merchant trading town and soon it became a flourishing city soon due to its appealing building style it attracted many ethnic groups and many artisans poets actors alike were attracted to its culture all over the world its also a thriving commercial centre with the CBD having 1500 skyscrapers alone (and thats just the CBD)but the city suffered one of the worst bombing campaings ever when 400,000 were killed when a 7u bomb went off in the tui-li harbour (Ayanamis second Harbour) after it rebuilt its damaged area (thankfully its old,picturesque,and more quieter areas were spared)and it soon became the international sesation it is today!!

KAOLLA SU CITY(850,000)A city being in the north of the country is blessed with semi tropical weather and has a magnificent sea front the city is built on 4 islands in a delta on the mainland of MK while the suburbs are built around them. 3 of islands mostly contain buildings no less than 15 years old while they are usually 17 stories high the 4th however is what Kaolla Su used to be like it contains may narrow roads and walkways with many parks and squares the city if resembles anything (in the real world) looks like Miami LA Barcelona and Seville (with many more skyscrapers...)
Restraunts=12900 cafes=34 (the night life is thriving) bars=690 take aways=140 Pubs=123 nightclubs=39,000 - Shops=65000 malls=7 shopping arcades=8 Markets=9 - Theatres=8 Cinemas=35 museums=7 libraries=19 Art galleries=8 landmarks and attractions=29 parks=79 - Hospitals=9 schools=95 universities=3 colleges=5
HISTORY UNlike some other cities in MK this city was more of a boom town that only 20 years ago had a population of 120,000 but grew very quickly when national and international buisnesses set up here and needed workers as a result it is reminiscent of LA and Brcelona^^
(unrelated) Ayanami skyscrapers=560 Katsuragi skyscrapers=4 Kaolla Su skyscrapers=360

Tabla - Capital City
Tabla is the largest city on the island, its population and size is greater than all the other cities on the island combined. It has always been large compared to the others, that?s why is was chosen as the capital at the unification of the island, but due to the growth of Tachbe is size swamps others. It is on the far east cost of Tachbe and most of its architecture of modern but has a few old buildings from pre-unification. Its Education, health and culture facilities far outstrip others in the federation with the largest library in the region. Its industry is primarily tertiary sector with large numbers of banks. Its science community is also thriving with tax breaks, biotech and nanotech industries are very advanced. Its skyline if one of a centre dominated by high rise blocks occasionally broken by numerous sky scrapers. Notably the Parliamentary Palace is a modern building, construction started after unification to hold the national government. It is the tallest in the region at over 1km high, a huge feat of engineering. The huge building houses every government department, seen as a mistake by some. Its population is estimated at 20 million and rising rapidly. |
