After a whole 24 hours of debate, it has finally been decided that we will hold the first ever Atlantian Oceania Champions League Football/Soccer Tournament. The first tournament will be hosted by me, South Osettia, and will follow a similar style to that of Kaza Progressa's in the NS Forums, and indeed a similar style to the real thing. (Hopefully) eight groups of four will be whittled down to sixteen teams, with two-legged knockout stages from then on, culminating in a final to be held in one of the best stadiums in the region (yet to be decided - any suggestions?).
Teams will be ranked according to the corresponding country's AOF rank for the tournament (although that may change after the first tournament). Scores will be simulated using Leagion, and there will be a small (almost minescule) RP Bonus, just to 'encourage' participation.

The last four boxes are optional. Should you enter third, fourth and puppet teams, these will be put into a qualifying round to get to the group stage. Should there be an influx of participants, the second teams may also join the qualifying stages.
