Rodger, was formidble man.Sure he may not have been tall ,but he shure was smartand a damn good businessman. He lived on an island that offically belonged to Casari, though it is doubtful they know of it's existence. He lived on this island with a few others. That is where they ran the largest Wepons sales group not belonging to a UN recognized nation. these men became known as the wilkes island group.

The Wilkes island group was fery well known as a black market orginization. They had connections with pretty much every well to do nation in a 1000 miles radius.not only that but there was another reason they had become sucsessful. They not only supplied the weapons, they taught how to use the weapons and also used they weapons themselves(they did Mercenary work).

This would all change the day Rodger saw the ship......

The year some call 1970 was when everything "normal",a "union of allied states" ruled a small island near Casari called West Pasco. it was one of several islands,WP was the equivilent of a famous fictional island called Puerto Rico. Unfourtianitly it wasn't all fun and games. The Ruler Matthias Tyrine was a ruthless dictator compared to Movie chracter Udi Amin. (Althought Tyrine didn't use genocide like Amin). Wilkes Island on the other hand was serence, a sall uninhibated island only a few miles oin size almost no one knew about this place. here thought lived 5 men. these 5 men were to change a bit of history in AO. it happened when in mid-April a group of 4 people changed theese men.
In the morning one of the Wilkes Island group men was out on a small personal watercraft.it was Rodger Daltrey, the Wilkes Island Group leader. he came accross 4 men in a pontoon. "Wha can I do fa ya?" said Rodger "wh-whe--whe-where are you from sir?" Said one of the men "Uh..Casahri" rodger replies (this was Rodger's typical response to the afformentioned question,as Casari was technicaly the owner of the island.) "Are you with the government sir!" the man asked in a high excited tone. "Noh" rodger said Rodger,"Oi'm a wepons deelah" to which he was replyed

"It must be of God."
