Official Rankings, Tournament Seeds & Group Draw unveiled!
The Vilitan Official moved some boxes from in front of a crooked door with a busted lock in special sport archive secured on VOIA Island in the heart of Atlantian Oceania. "Surely we have some record of previous AO Hockey Cup results somewhere..." After digging around a while, he found two boxes, one labeled AO Regional Hockey Championships and another labeled AOHC II.
"These look promising" he thought to himself, taking the two boxes out to the desk in the accompanying room and laying the contents out. These were exactly the type of documents he was looking for, a full results summary of every match in the inagural Atlantian Oceania Hockey Tournament, which was won by Vilita on home turf after a 2-1 Victory in Overtime over Cockbill Street. Cockbill Street had made the final after knocking out the tournaments top seed, Chacor, in the semi-finals before losing a hard fought match to the underdog hosts.
Flipping through the AOHC II files, it would seem to be better luck for the top seed, this time, Hockey Canada came through with a perfect record, defeating reigning champions Vilita 4-2 in the final, while Turori beat Lamoni for 3rd place in the tournament. The official then noticed a glint in the bottom of the box. It was a metal clip holding an envelope together which was labeled AOHC III. Quite a small file he was thinking, compared to the other two boxes for the first two tournaments. Opening the file, he saw just one sheet of scoring, plus pictures of Dorian & Sonya and Andossa Se Mitrin Vega's outlandishly bright uniforms which he immediately returned to the envelope. As for the scores, they showed the results of the group stage, and the draw for the second stage, but nothing more. A curious omission he thought, what could possibly have happened in... Septentrionia... that resulted in all that data being lost... if it was even lost.
Oh well, the official got to work. With World Cup of Hockey 16 results in hand as well, and a little bit of VOIA Magic, the following soon popped out of the printer:

And with that, the Atlantian Oceania Hockey Rankings were born. There isn't even anyone to name them after, as the Vilitan official, well, he's part of VOIA, so who knows what his name is.
From those rankings, seeds can be determined for AOHC IV, and those seeds are below.

And, thereby, the group draw for AOHC IV. 2 groups of 6 teams: Each team will play each other once. Due to the expansion to 6 teams, the Group Leader will no longer get a bye, Instead, 8 teams will advance to the knockout round with Y1 v A4, A2v Y3 etc... The ranks are obviously low in magnitude so RP bonus may quickly overcome the pre-tournament rankings.
