As you have no doubt guessed, this is the thread for your team rosters. Please don't forget the style modifier for your team, from -5 for ultra-defensive teams to +5 for ultra-attacking. When choosing your team style, please bear in mind that a Takilan bonus is awarded during the group stage - this is explained in the official bid (Tournament Details) thread. Any team without a specified style modifier will be given a 0 (balanced) style. Also please don't forget the standard roleplay permissions box:

Bazalonian Bazalopes Coach: Un-announced.. for now Style: +1 #10, Ricky Yunn F © The Stalwart of the team, despite being captain and a forward is very aware of what is happening all over the field and has a strong knolwedge of his other teammates and what they can do. Ricky and Thomas are brothers, though there is a strong rivalry between the two, The reason both of them have made it onto the squad. Though off field they are the closest of brothers. #53, Frederick Hampstead F A talented forward, having breathed soccer since he was young, has not scored too many goals himslef but is always in the right place in the right time to make sure that any forward attacking move by the team has the best chance of success. Though he is still looking for and is hungry for his first international goal. #24, Everrett Kang F The last of the starting forwards, His incredible accuracy is his main weapon it is the subject of much heated debate which forward is best, generally each excels in a critical area and a combined and sustained attack by all of them would test even the strongest of defense. However, they are quite well balanced by the defense and midfield. #9, Thomas Yunn, M Not to be over shadowed by his slightly older brother Thomas has excellent control of the ball and can place it very accurately over long distances, this has even resulted in a few goals for Thomas, who is the left winger. #32, Quentin Assington M The centre and master tactition, him and the captain Ricky Yunn control the game, or attempt to anyway. His timing is perfect and has been known to get rid of the ball just before a legal tackle and draw a foul. However Quentin is also a bit of diver though never does it once he gets a yellow. #27, David Myfanwy M The only welsh speaking player in Bazalonia David has made a name for himself for his passion for the game. However he can get a bit uptight and can confront referees for even the hint of a bad decision. However as the right winger he just seems to be in the right place at the right time. #28, Arianna Georsophalous D One of the 2 women defenders in the team Arianna get's annoyed at the concept of a purely female world cup. If there was a male only world cup then they be different but the world cup is for the best soccer players in the nation. And she has earned her right to be here and will not let anyone else get in the way of her playing her defensive game. #37, Henry Fjord D You can never really be sure what this guy will do in any particular occasion usually causing confusion, even then you can't be sure whether he'll take the ball himself, pass it on to another player or just get in the other players way. #20, Zieta Swift D The second of the woman in the team, more sedate than her fellow female defender, Zieta does her job and does it well. #31, Xia Chia D Oriental appearance, he seemingly works well together with the females in the team managing to set up complex 3-part defensive maneuvers. Xia was once in the Bazalonian military and always had a flare for defense. both on the field but also on the soccer pitch which he was in the Bazalonian Army Soccer team that beat navy in the Armed forces games. #1, Joshua Kanga K Younger Brother of Paul Kanga, a previous substitute goal keeper for the Bazalopes Joshua had proven himself during the AOCAF tournaments as a great goalkeeper. Substitutes: #4, Lou Richards F #16, Stephan Smith F #42, Zaphod Prefect M #48, Harold Bishop M #45, Ali LeRock D #19, Poest Markus D #7, Daniel McKade D #2, Ferdinand Esther K #3, Trent Thistlethorpe K You can do anything apart from doing anything that you want to at whim except for anything that would impact more than one matchday. Though please contact me, You'll most likely get a green light if I know about it before hand. |

Atheistic Right Darwinists Style: +3 Cameron Miller F - A Scientist Footballer, when he is not at home fiddling and creating inventions, he is on the soccer field. Sometimes he melds the two and has been known to occasionally fit performance enhancing devices under his clothing. Jacob Hunt F - Likes to go naked everywhere... especially on field. He only wears precisely what he has to obey local nudity laws. Of course in all home games he'll naked on the pitch. Jaden Jackson F - Has a weird fascination with animals, particularily eating them. Matthew Wright F - Is slightly psychotic though under his meds he is an effective footballer, though once he is off his meds he can act well, like a demon. Aidan Stewart M© - The more sane sensible one of the group and the captain, has a great football mind but dosn't have the international experience to back it up yet. Kyle Rogers M - Kyle, is actually the Bastard son of the great lion. Though at the moment no one knows it. Well someone does, but not Kyle. Xavier Carter M - A gun nut, who collects them. He likes to get guns from all around the world. Though while he likes guns he never brings them with him overseas. Ryan Mitchell D - Does on the occasion get violent on or off field. Brandon Cooper D - A close friend of this guy was killed at the whim of the Great Lion. Brandon Cooper hates the Great Lion with a passion and would like to see everything related to him wiped off the face of the planet Robert Murphy D - Robert is a person that seems out of the place in the team, he certainly seems friendly, respectful and not one to make waves. John Edwards K - John... what is there to say about him. Not much at all Jesse Chapman F Eric Gibson F Carlos Webb F Jacob James M Luke Baker M Ethan Phillips D Caleb Mason D Timothy Morris K Joshua Wright K |

Az-cz Submission to AOCAF Coach: Zax-Im. Although Jo-Bgz was expected to be the coach of the AOCAF team Zax-Im has earned that spot. Perhaps this is a sign of bigger things to come from the former national team captain. Style: +2 Team Synopsis: The team is a youth squad of players who will be considered for spots on the top level squad for next cup. This is a chance to gain experience and show their skills. None of the players have signifcant playing time with the senior squad, although a number of them have experience playing and training with the more experienced Az-czzers. Young'Uns Fly The Flag! Well, the senior squad have done the nation proud in the World Cup, so now it's the turn of Bettia's under-21s to try and follow in their footsteps. And what big footsteps they are too, especially for these inexperienced youngsters. A lot of responsibility will fall upon the shoulders of Ariel Haynes, the big bustling centre-midfielder from Butetown who has been entrusted with the captaincy. Up front, a lot of eyes will be on the 'next big thing' Evan Miranda, the young 15-year old who has made quite a few promising moves during the pre-season friendlies for his club Akani Sands. As is the Bettian tradition, they'll be playing in a highly attacking 2-5-3 formation (style modifier +5), with the first choice players shown in bold. Goalkeepers 1. Sion Gardner - age 20, Fortuna Bettialis 2. Asaf Yusef - age 17, Sukatra Tigers Defence 3. Amir Jamil - age 19, Tamrida 4. Mark Silversmith - age 20, Akani Sands 5. Kieron Tuner - age 18, Akani Sands Midfield 6. Ran Hazratsen - age 19, Sukatra Tigers 7. Simon Tahir - age 19, Gabalfa Rovers 8. Ariel Haynes - age 20, Butetown Dragons (captain) 9. Hypocria Squad - AOCAF XIX Coach Javi Chavez As a player Chavez helped his native Starblaydia to the title at World Cup 28 and as a coach he led Corinthian Spirits to the Starblaydi league championship. He was the Autocracy’s Director of Elite Football before taking over from Marcus Baxter following the AOCAF. Squad 1. Georgi Kutasi (GK) The national side have turned to young blood in goal following the retirement of Alexei Lomaia. And with former national team keeper Ricardo Kindelan rating 18 year old Kutasi as one of the best he’s ever seen the future could be bright. But debuting in an AOCAF where attack is the watchword is a real baptism of fire. 2. Evan Hunter (RB) A right back who is solid defensively but looks uncomfortable when coming forward. The 35 year old will have added responsibility this time as the senior partner in a young back four. He also captains the side. 3. Andrey Teale (LB) Youngster who loves to bomb forward, sometimes to the detriment of his defensive duties. 5. Attila Kordan (CB) Towering young defender with real strength in the air. Could be the rock at the back the Hyppos’ have been searching for for many a long year 6. Paval Ocella (CB) Maturing centreback who is lightening quick and did well at the last tournament. But he’s not the strongest around and is sometimes tempted into reckless challenges. 4. Craig Marilier (CM) A midfield player in the mould of former captain Adam Bassano. He likes to keep play simple and get the ball out wide to the wingers as quickly as possible. 7. Nicky Baxter (RM) The former manager’s son had a lot to do to prove he is in the side on merit ahead of his first AOCAF four years ago. Now no one doubts his selection. 8. Rafael Marica (CM) Another of the young guns brought in by the new coach. Marica is a midfield player who just loves to break late into the box. 11. Victor Razin (LM) Tricky left footer who proved to be a constant thorn in the oppositions side in his previous AOCAF appearances. Showed an eye for goal to with seven goals in previous tournaments. 9. Hector Vardanyan (CF) A talented young forward who scored twice in the excellent 3 - 1 victory against Vilita/Turori in the quarter final four years ago. He will look to build on his five AOCAF goals in the attackers haven that is Bettia. 10. Alex Sousa (CF) On his day Sousa can destroy any opposition. If only he had those days more often. A mercurial player who perhaps enjoys the superstar lifestyle too much. But he’s still a proven match winner. Reserves Assorted nameless bench warmers. Style The now traditional +4. Formation Although the new coach promised to keep the attacking mentality of his predecessor he has made the controversial decision to axe Baxter’s tried and tested 4-3-3 for a more standard 4-4-2 formation. And expect to see a Starblaydi diamond take shape in the midfield with Marilier playing just in front of the defence and Marica in the hole behind the strikers. Kit And . . .

Aurendia Raptors Formation: 3-4-3 Style: +2 Colors: Green, blue, yellow trim. Coaches: Rick Baxman (Manager) Bart Sheriff (Defense) Jessica Colenti (Offense) Starters: Jersey Pos Name (Age) Club #39 GK Kevin Sullivan (27) Etoka Bandits A solid, if unspectacular keeper; doesn’t make highlight reel saves, but doesn’t let in soft goals either. #25 LD Elana “Klepto” Keane (28) Sirocca Foxes Speediest member of the defensive trio. Able to steal the ball away from any opposing forward-hence the nickname. #5 CD Melissa Jones (26) Kurova Kings Defensive stalwart and anchor of the backfield. #77 RD Jack Quintana (28) Bluff Creek Beasts Most offensive-minded of the defense, and also the most aggressive. Likely to miss a few games due to penalty trouble. #83 LM David Black (26) Three Rivers Capitals A solid defensive-minded midfielder. #8 CM Cassandra Campbell© (35) Etoka Bandits Not as fast as she used to be, but her passing ability means she’s still a dangerous playmaker, and always an assist threat. Retiring from international play after this tournament, but wanted the chance to play alongside her niece. #18 CM Tom Collins (27) Springfield Valkyries Not as much of a goal-scorer, but brings a hard edge to the midfield, along with great passing ability and two-way awareness. #23 RM Nikki Vitalia (19) Mammoth Lake College Young speedster is a threat anywhere on the field, on defense as well as on offense. #67 LF Chad Barrett (29) Starksville Trout His combination of quickness and size should cause problems for opposing defenders. #7 CF Ashley Campbell (34) Etoka Bandits Also retiring after the tournament, but still able to deke any defender and still able to put her cannon of a shot anywhere in the net she wishes. #11 LF Kara Campbell (19) South Portland State U. Passes as well as her aunt Cassandra and shoots as well as her aunt Ashley, but faster than they ever were. Can play midfield just as well as forward. 95X AOCAF 19 Roster as presented in the Pacific City Courier, sans photos (The Courier asked the players various questions; the most interesting responses from each player is presented.) K - Keeper; D - Defender; M - Midfield; F - Forward; R - Reserve Starters M - 5 - Melissa/Michelle Mitchell (18, F) Atlantic Oceania's favorite soccer-playing joined twins are back, and this time in the starting lineup. Played two seasons for the Pacific City Stripes 95X Soccer League team, helping to win the first league championship in their first season. Although each only controls one arm and one leg, Head Coach Crossman continues to say that combined, they are a well-overall player. Most embarrassing soccer moment: Melissa says, "First 95XSL Championship against Meyersberg, when we had clear position to score for the win in the 87th minute, but sis (Michelle) looked the other direction and tried to jerk us back the other way. We won in OT, but falling on our butt on national TV is not what we wanted the game to be remembered for." D - 12 - Tai Doe (15, M) A new youngster with quick reflexes and a powerful kick. Optometrists determined he also has a superior field of vision and 20/16 eyesight to boot. Crossman decided he was a shoe-in for a starting defender. Q: Are you nervous about starting? A: "I eat fear for breakfast." M - 14 - Ethan Banks (23, M) Another returning player from 95X's AOCAF 18 team, will assist the other three midfielders. Worst bus riding experience: "broke down on the way to 95XSL tryouts. The driver even recognized me, but couldn't do much." M - 15 - Damien Dairycreek (17, M) Although some have claimed Damien is the least-skilled overall starter on the team, Coach Crossman feels he has a lot of promise and strong legs. Looking forward to the most in AOCAF 19: "Having the new players learn from me, and myself learning from them." M - 18 - Micah Skokomish (17, M) Earned the nickname "The Shadow" for his speed and agility, and regarded as the strongest midfielder on the team. Helped his unofficial high school team win the Pacific City Championship. Fact unrelated to soccer: Micah was voted by the female members of the team as "most attractive." We'll see if looks translate into wins for 95X. F - 38 - Claire Pomona (15, F) Another young newcomer who's not afraid to attack the goal upfront. Q: What motivates you? A: "Knowing - like - if I try and I fail, like, you know at least I tried. If I don't like try, I like fail because I didn't try." F - 41 - Natalia Montara (21, F) Leading scorer last year for the expansion Pacific City Sunspots of the 95XSL. Coach Crossman says she is the team's best attacker. Pet peeve: Debit card receipts. F - 48 - Maranda Fourtyeighth (23, F) Also not afraid of the action in front of the opponents' goal, and capable of scoring goals from deep in the corners. Maranda answered all our questions on a yes/no basis. K - 54 - Marco Adams (25, M) The team's starting goalkeeper and another member of the 95XSL champion Pacific City Stripes. People mock 95X, saying we're not a soccer nation - "yeah, well they're not soccer players. If they can do better, tell them to suit up and hit the field." D - 55 - Austin Kathryn (22, M) Played goalkeeper in both 95XSL seasons so far, allowing him to become a better defender according to Crossman. Kindest act of teamwork: "Taking number 55 to let the twins have the number 5 they've worn the past two seasons in the League." D - 62 - Alecia Onesixtysecond (26, F) Alecia joins Tai and Austin as starting defenders, and also hopes the team improves their performance from the last AOCAF Q: You're the oldest player on the team, but played elsewhere in the world before 95X participated in AOCAF. Would you rather have age or experience? A: "That's why we're a team - they're both important." Reserves (list only) R - 6 - Kandi Olive (17, F) R - 8 - Rae Day (19, F) R - 20 - Aisha Saida (15, F) R - 21 - Stacy Foster (16, M) R - 23 - Grant Wilson (15, M) R - 24 - Rhett Rhett (17, M) K - 40 - Angelia Carlson (24, F) R - 42 - Ladonna Metrolius (18, F) R - 76 - Tanika Holgate (20, F) R - 83 - Gretchen Ferguson (19, F) R - 97 - Candy Sandy (19, F) Head Coach: Chris Crossman Assistant Coach: Allen Oleson Modifier: 0 If you RP first, feel free to: Choose my goalscorers Y Godmod Scoring Events Y RP injuries to my players Y (rest of current game only) Godmod injuries to my players N Hand out Yellow cards to my players Y Hand out Red cards to my players N Godmod Other Events Y |

A horse of course Style +1 GK: Marcos Ollins- He might be really really old but he's still there and in between the posts. Horse: Flusion- He's sat on the bench for 2 AOCAFs but now Rovers Return is too old and he's getting a chance to shine F:Floren Albentine- Milchama's second leading goal scorer now is testing his horse riding skills as he rides Flusion to hopeful victory. Subs: GK:Fletcher James F: Martin Littani Horse:Readers Revenge |
