Seeing as things are rather slow on the UN front at the moment, here's a nice juicy proposal to get yur teeth into.

Weapon Concealment Prohibition
A resolution to tighten or relax gun control laws.

FURTHER AWARE that only one person that usually feels safe with the firearm in concealment, that being the holder;

BELIEVING that discharge of or intimidation with a concealed firearm would more often than not cause unnecessary destruction to property or wounding of nearby civilians in the situation of a robbery or other illegal act;

NOTING that more casualties have been inflicted on civilians, both with concealed firearms and without, when a concealed firearm was used to attempt the resolution of an illegal act than criminals;

Therefore-

Article II: Military personnel and undercover agents of the law are exempt from the prohibition as long as they can provide sufficient identification upon search by suspicious authorities.

All in all it's a good idea, but I'm not too sure about the mandatory sentences set out here. Different nations may have different attitudes towards this sort of thing - some may prefer stricter sentencing, while some would prefer to be more leniant. Also, there wouldn't be many nations comfortable with conducting on-the-spot searches. Therfore, Bettia says NO.

In addition to Bettia's reasons, i'm voting no because Lamoni grants concealed carry liscenses.
