| John MacKay is in hospital suffering from a psychotic break after being the UN Delegate for so long without managing to release the tension. Johanna Fjords will becoming the acting Delegate until such time new elections can be held. Bazalonia will be steping down from the position and it's associated position in the AORDO |

| The government of Manhattan Prime have sent a fruit basket with our sympathies. We hope Mr MacKay enjoys a successful recovery, however we are willing to follow the next delegate, whomever that should be. |

| OOC The Pacitalian government is terribly sorry to hear of this personal disaster and kindly suggests in future that if Mr Mackay wishes to relieve job-related tensions, he engage in something called sexual intercourse. Such a task will be successfully accomplished through the use of the ample quantities of prostitutes roaming the streets around the United Nations building -- no, not the delegates, the actual prostitutes.
