OOC: If this looks a lot like our bid for AOCAF 16, the IC reason is because of Lamoni's economy. That way, even Star can't argue. IC: Lamonian Bid for AOCAF XXI GROUPS & FINALS If there are 16 teams signed up: There will be four groups of four. The top 2 teams from each group will advance, and finals matches will be done by two leg aggregate. If there are 20 teams signed up: With four groups of five, a Lamoni AOCAF would go straight to the quarter-finals, with the top two teams from each group qualifying. If there are 24 teams signed up: The Finals would include a round of 16 (four groups of six). Tie Breakers will be head-to-head, goal differential, goals for, in that order. In the rare instance that all of these remain the same, then a special tie-breaking game will be played before the next round. Finals will obviously have no draws, and go to extra time and then to penalties. --- RP BONUS & SCORINATION The AOCAF will be scorinated with vssfree, using the latest AORanks Style modifiers WILL BE INCLUDED, with a range of -5 to 5 All Teams that post a roster will be given a small but permanent ranking boost RPs will be calculated on a combination of length and quality, and will continue to count until they, like rosters, will count for a small but permanent increase into your RP Bonus. --- Stadia 1. Lemnos Airdome Location: Lemnos City Capacity 80,000 The home of Lemnos FC, the Lemnos Airdome was built and is maintained entirely by private funds of prominent businessmen. Lemnos Airdome has a cantilevered steel truss roof, and fabric cover. The weather is fine for football almost year round, as Lemnos enjoys a tropical climate. http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_pictures/asia/china/shanghai_stadium1.jpg http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_pictures/asia/china/shanghai_stadium2.jpg 2. Nephi Ringdome Location: Nephi Capacity 150,000 The largest stadium in Lamoni, the Ringdome was built by Lamoni's largest jewelry dealer at the time that we joined AO. The Ringdome is used for more than just football, and is even used for graduation ceremonies for Lamonian military cadets. This is also the oldest currently used stadium in Lamoni, but it has been made serviceable by renovations. http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_pictures/asia/north_korea/pyongyang_may_day1.jpg http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_pictures/asia/north_korea/pyongyang_may_day2.jpg 3. Karakan Box Location: Karakan Capacity 88,000 This oddly shaped football stadium was designed by a modernist artist hired by the city of Karakan to design a 80,000+ stadium to host the Karakan Wolves. When the Box was unveiled publicly, it quickly was named 'the box' by the people, and the name has stuck. http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_pictures/europe/italy/lombardia/milano_meazza1.jpg http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_pictures/europe/italy/lombardia/milano_meazza2.jpg 4. I hate to sound strange; but at first I thought there was a copy/paste error, so I went into the archives and found http://www.3wideracing.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1716, and it said the same thing...
"Continue to count until they,"...? Expire? Next Game? Cumulative? No bonus for any nation that inquires on the wording (I hope not, but if it does oh well)? Please note I'm not questioning whether or not Lamoni should host! Whatever he has in mind is going to be alright. |

That would be why there are two lines in that sentence.
The RPs for this AOCAF will give you small but permanent increase to your RP bonus for future AOCAF XXI RPs that you make. |
