We may have different views on some detail-questions, but that won't divide us, as we share one common base philosophy: We believe in the power of free capital. The free market has made our nations to the dominant global players in the region, we set standards in performance and living standards. | Don't be scared-off by that, friend. Latao is a souverign nation, the FLMS has absolutly no impact to our "private" relations with other countries. Our goal is to work more closer together with the Empire of Nova Roma and the Protectorate of Stablaydia. It's no secret, that the FLMS decreased its strategic meanings for Latao. |

| It's ok bringing your personal staff. We plan the following items on the agenda for our talks: 1. Economic Co-operation (Free Trade, Company Exchange etc.) 2. Cultural Co-operation (Easier travelling) 3. Military Co-operation (Supporting eachother's interests) |

| Sirs, The Protectorate Starblaydia has no qualms over further and more-free economic co-operation with the Confederacy of Latao and welcomes such efforts. | The decision is up to you Lord-Protector. You are however welcome to join any talks you desire, under the same coniditons, which means your carriage and stay of you and your staff is free. Maybe we find a solutuion you like regarding your new vessels. If you do not wish selling them, what about leasing them at service of a friend army, where all technical maintenance would be up to Starblaydi personnel ? |

| Let us state once and for all that Starblaydi is not interested in selling, leasing, lending or giving away its technological advantage to any non-aligned nation. Let it also be known that the Lord-Protector would not cheapen himself by association with any Latin 'Comfort Women'. The Protectorate of Starblaydia merely wishes to break down ant remaining trade barriers for the betterment of Starblaydia's already dominant economy. |

Chisoko from the Protectorate of Starblaydia and Roger Omsec from the Confederacy of Latao follwed the Latin invitation and are now sitting together in the sunny Luciara, sighted to the south Oceanian sea. Gentlemen, I am highly pleased that you all came to Latao these days. A historical meeting has begun. I notice, that good old Starblaydia still hesitates. We of course respect your reservations. See, this is not one of these stiff official diplomatic meeting, we don’t have a protocol or something like here. Your economy is not dominant; we all know that – as we currently hold the leading positions. But Starblaydia can become so – with our help. This is the fist strategic partnership, formed outside the political blocks. Not standing inside an alliance doesn’t mean, we don’t have good relations to the important organizations in the region. I may say, we actually have the perfect win-win-sitauation at our fingertip. We have connections to the SAARS, the FLMS as well as Laviningrad, which gifts us a strategic position we wouldn’t have dreamed about. The economically and military strongest nations in Atlantian Oceania came together to build friendship that brings invaluable benefits to all of us. Gentlemen, with Nova Roma in the north, Starblaydia in the east and Latao in the south, we factual control all goods, incl. war material imported and exporter from the world and Atlantian Ocenia. Let’s drink on that friendship of power and honor. Hail Friends! Now bring the ladies in. |

| Lord Chisoko, upon ensuring a free trade agreement between Stablaydia and Latao (Nova Roma and Starblaydia already having no trade barriers due to membership of the Strategic Alliance), promptly shook the hand of Mister Omsec and lef the room for the airport. He did pause momentarily to check out the talent, however. |

| Just to make sure, we're talking about the same thing. Free trade doesn't make much sense without the exchange of high qualified scientists and company leaders. We suggest a bilateral easement on travelling and visa policies. |
